Bulk Pricing Options for Groups

 

In an effort to encourage member engagement while concurrently maintaining a position of good stewardship as it relates to society finances, we have curated the following bulk pricing options as a member benefit. Every consideration has gone in to maximizing available discounts without putting undue stress on our limited resources and the overall risk associated with putting on a large conference.  With that understanding, no group specific discount codes will be offered to large groups not using the bulk registration option. We hope you and your member group will take advantage of this special pricing opportunity and we look forward to seeing you in Columbus, Ohio.

The Fun: 

  • In the desire to provide this additional savings to groups who are willing to provide the following administration support of group-level tickets - we have two incentive programs for you!
  • 1) Any group that completes either of the following packages for 2024 ACA Summit attendance will receive recognition at the ACA Summit AND a $250 (for 5-9 tickets) or $350 gift card - cash to buy dinner out or tickets to the Columbus Zoo! 
  • 2) The group with the largest percent of attendance will win the 2024 John Huston Cup!  

The Process: 

  • When a member group can coordinate the registration process from within their group, they can purchase a bulk registration package through the website and receive a significant reduction for each person registered.  
  • All bulk purchase packages must be done at the time of order and require one purchase (not multiple charges or invoices).
  • If the member group can not confirm the specific names/emails of the anticipated registrants, you may enter place-holder information (ie Jane Doe #1, John Doe #2, etc.)
  • When names/emails of the individuals have been confirmed, the group organizer can modify the registration and update the relevant information via the link in the confirmation email
  • To maintain efficiency and minimize associated overhead costs, packages are not flexible. 

The Packages: 

  • Bulk Registration Package #1: For member groups identifying 5 to 9 registrants, a per person discount of $100 will be deducted from the member pricing at the time of purchase. See pricing levels and dates here.
  • Bulk Registration Package #2: For member groups identifying 10 or more registrants, a per person discount of $200 will be deducted from the member pricing at the time of purchase. See pricing levels and dates here.

The Terms: 

  • When purchasing a Bulk Registration Package no other discounts are applicable.
  • Exceptions will not be made and the standard cancellation policy and fee will apply to all bulk orders
