A note on pricing: The 2027 ACA Summit uses a new tiered pricing structure. Prices increase as tickets sell — there is no group pricing, bulk discounts, or other special rates available at any tier. The earliest registrants always get the best price, so if cost is a factor, we recommend registering early rather than waiting for a group rate.

If you must cancel for any reason, please contact us at 913-894-4700 x4 or e-mail by March 15, 2027 to receive a refund (less $150 processing fee). Any cancellation request following March 15 will have the registration fees applied as a credit to the 2028 ACA Summit.

No refunds will be made after March 15, 2027.

Consent Clause: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ACA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in recordings, both live and on-demand, photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by ACA and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
