Molly helped found Sage Growth Capital in 2019. Prior to that, she was the Chief Investment Officer of Lighter Capital which she helped to significantly grow the business and she still remains on the Board. Previous roles include VP at AEA Investors, a multi-billion dollar private equity fund in NYC; and Associate at GSC Partners, another NYC private equity firm. She holds degrees from Dartmouth College (BA) and the London School of Economics (MSc). She is also involved in the local community, serving on several Boards in Boise, while raising three children with her husband, John.
