As angel investors, we continuously seek innovative solutions, yet our investing models have evolved little over the past decade. Typically, we target a 10X return within 10 years, primarily through preferred equity or convertible notes, with SAFEs gaining traction. While Revenue-Based Financing is a significant alternative, other options remain underexplored.
