Liz practice includes a variety of corporate work, with an emphasis on business and financial transactions. Liz acts as a general counsel for emerging and middle-market businesses including franchise, life science, hospitality and technology companies. She is Founder and led the firm’s Franchising, Licensing & Distribution Group for many years and Chairs the firm's National Emerging Companies & Venture Finance Group. She is on the firm's Finance Committee and Steering Committee for its Women's Initiative.
