Meagan Packard is Director of Impact Reporting for SWAN Impact Angel Network. SWAN invests in early stage startups that provide market-significant solutions that address important societal and environmental challenges. Meagan works with SWAN portfolio companies to develop their impact story and manages SWAN’s impact measurement and management (IMM). She also participates in SWAN’s down select process, leads the impact section for several SWAN deal memos and is an active climate tech angel investor.

Previously Meagan was a Partner at GAV Conservation Management which focused on commercializing sustainability technology. She worked in early stage startups, including Senior Customer Success Manager for Tropic, a software procurement as a service company, and Partner Success and Operations Manager for TravelStride, a travel marketplace. She ran her own travel business, managed portfolio companies for a venture capital firm, built new imaging technology businesses for an incubator, was a product manager for a health care division of Nestle and worked as an associate consultant for The Boston Consulting Group. Meagan has a BA from Duke and an MBA from Kellogg. She lived abroad for seven years in Dubai and then outside London, raising her kids and exploring the world.
