Oded Green focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters related to mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, and technology related transactions. In addition, Oded serves clients in a broad array of commercial needs, including licensing, supply, distribution and operating arrangements.

Oded's clients include companies in a diverse range of industries, including information technology, biotechnology, medical device, chemicals and other traditional industries. Prior to joining K&L Gates, Oded practiced corporate law in Israel, and gained substantial experience in cross border related transactions. Oded is fluent in Hebrew.
