Come watch and have fun with securities! New angels especially (but experienced too) will enjoy lively competition as our participants show their talents in the roles of SAFE, Convertible Note and Preferred Equity in the ACA’s version of “Angels Got Talent” – each trying to win the hearts and minds of the audience in this crazy talent show to determine what will be the best security for angel investment in fast-growing emerging companies.  The competitors will demonstrate all their talents to win the day in front of the audience judging panel with “Simona Cowell” challenging their skills. Come see who prevails in what promises to be a lively session revealing the strengths and weaknesses of each security.
