Crystal Walsh is currently responsible for managing the accounting and operations of the Colorado Venture Capital Authority (VCA) program, a special-purpose authority subdivision within the Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT). The VCA is instrumental in providing venture capital to seed and early-stage businesses in Colorado through partnerships with professional fund managers. Additionally, she supports Colorado’s State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) program, where she is involved in the implementation of public policy, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations, and enhancing access to capital for small businesses and entrepreneurship in the state. A Colorado native and third-generation veteran, Crystal holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She is dedicated to pursuing her passion for contributing to economic development initiatives and serving communities throughout Colorado.
