Mark Friedman is Executive Vice President of Operations and Investments with Dental Innovation Alliance, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage dental technology companies. He is an active angel investor and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Angel Capital Association and The LaunchPlace, co-founder of RTP Angel Fund and president of RTP Capital Associates, Inc. He is also a board member of LocalStart Dental, a not-for-profit organization focused on providing tooth replacement to underserved patients. Mark has spent most of his career building entrepreneurial and later stage businesses in a variety of industries, including dentistry, healthcare, education and software. Mark has his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, his bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and is a Certified Financial Planner.
