With over 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, and finance, I am the Vice President Ventures at BMNT, a leading defense tech innovation firm that helps government and commercial customers "go faster". I lead H4XLabs- a deep tech dual use accelerator that works with government SBIR portfolios to help companies penetrate the government while raising private capital. Our group has grown over 60% over that last 2 years.

I am also the Founding and Managing Partner at Syndicate 708, a pre-seed level investment syndicate that invests in deep tech companies. I leverage my expertise and network to accelerate the go-to-market and fundraising of our portfolio companies, some of which include Orbital Sidekick, Phase Four, Sea Satellites, and Scout Space. In addition, I serve as an independent board member at Cypre, a startup biotech company that has developed a novel 3D tumor model platform for cancer immunotherapy screening. My mission is to support the development and adoption of deep technologies that can enhance our national security and competitiveness.
