Don Megrath is the Co-founder and a Managing Director at VectorPoint Ventures, a seed through early growth stage advisory firm and fund manager focused on life sciences, health and clean technology-focused impact investments in North America. Don has been involved in early stage investing since 1997, is also the volunteer moderator of the ACA cleantech syndication monthly meetings, a member of the E8 cleantech-focused angel group off and on since 2007, a member of the Keiretsu Forum NW/ Rockies Angel Group (serving as volunteer Portland, Oregon Chapter President periodically since 2012) and recently began work assisting the Investors Circle angel group National / NYC Chapter, arguably the longest tenured angel group focused on impact investments in the US. Don has extensive experience advising early and growth stage companies and assisting with growth and financing strategies that are matched to the objectives of company stakeholders. Don holds both MBA and Bachelor of Arts degrees from George Fox University and lives in the Portland, Oregon region.
