Mr. Beaird manages diverse investments in real estate, private equity and other alternative assets for the 55 members of his family and their private foundation. He is active in the local start-up and angel capital ecosystem and on the Advisory Committee of the New Louisiana Angel Funds One and Two. Beaird Properties, one of the companies managed by his office and majority owned by the family foundation, has an active mission related investment program targeted toward local minority-led firms
